Mobile Notary Public Service Rates:

 

Any Required Notary Consulting or Editing of the Notary Section of Documents: $90/hr. (prorated)

The regular individual rate for the mobile notary service and first notarization is $100 (and $2 per notarization, per person for additional notarizations). The regular corporate/law firm/real estate/and estate planning-related rate for the mobile notary service and first notarization is $125 (and $2 per notarization, per person for additional notarizations).

 

Cancellations between 8 am - 6pm weekdays

You need to cancel or change your appointment at least two hours to have no responsibility. You need to cancel or change your appointment at least 30 minutes to have 50% responsibility. You are 100% responsible for payment if you do not cancel or change your appointment less than one hour before your appointment.

For all appointments canceled, as well appointment change requests, with less than one hour notice, 50% of the fee for the missed appointment can be credited to a rescheduled appointment made within seven days of the original appointment.

 

Travel fee rates:

Travel fees paid prior to notary public travels by PayPal and credit card-Visa, Mastercard.

For mobile notary service, we charge a travel fee in lieu of charging fees for any notarial or non-notarial acts you request us to preform that are usual and customary duties for a mobile notary when you make an appointment for service. If we are unable to perform notarial acts or non-notarial acts due to no fault of our own, such as the signer not being ready or willing to sign when the notary arrives, missing or unsuitable witnesses, document signer not having an acceptable valid, unexpired photo identification and/or not being legally competent in the notary's judgment of what is required under the law/or our sole interpretation of industry best practices, the client is still reasonable for the travel fee, even if no official notarial or unofficial non-notarial act occur.

The travel fee includes up to 30 minutes (60 minutes for Airport), unless otherwise advised, from the latter of the appointment time or when the notary arrived. Additional time the notary remains onsite either waiting or preforming duties that are usual and customary for a mobile notary beyond this time will be charged $ 20 for each additional 10 minutes, in addition to the standard travel fee.

Witnesses

For witness (that accompanies a mobile notary), the fee is same as a mobile notary, less $ 20. For example, if the cost for a mobile notary is $ 95, the cost for each witness that accompanies the mobile notary is $ 75. If you ONLY need a witness (unaccompanied by a mobile notary), the mobile notary fee applies.

The travel fee includes up to 30 minutes (60 minutes for Airport), unless otherwise advised, of the witness's time from when they arrived. Additional time the witness remains onsite either waiting or preforming duties that are usual and customary for a mobile witness's beyond this time will be charged $ 15 for each additional 10 minutes, in addition to the standard travel fee. Extra time for witnesses (not accompanied by a mobile notary) beyond this time will be charged $ 20 for each additional 10 minutes, in addition to the standard travel fee.

 

Extraordinary Circumstances

All travel fees are subject to a surcharge during inclement weather, unusually situations, and anything that might require the notary public to make an extra effort or spend more time traveling to or from a mobile notary appointment, such as during blackouts, rush appointments, or when public transit systems are not operating normally. Additionally, travel fees are subject to surcharge to any location that will subject the notary to a significant delay for security screening, such as an entertainment or sports venue, or government building with a significant public or private security presence.
